Registration/Ordering

Our site's registration/order form requires users to give us contact information (like their name and email address). The customer's contact information is used to contact the visitor in the event of a problem when processing an order. For example, problems with credit card verification, product availability, etc. Users have a choice of receiving future mailings during the registration process.

Our site uses an order form for customers to request information, products and services. We collect visitor's contact information (like their phone number or email and IP address), ALL financial information (like their account or credit card numbers) are processed through an encrypted SSL server provided by our merchant account or PayPal. The customer's contact information is used to get in touch with the visitor when necessary (i.e., in the event there is a problem processing an order, corporate changes or changes in privacy practices). Financial information collected and used to bill the user for products and services are done completely through Thawte SSL encrypted Cart Manager's shopping cart and process transactions through our merchant account or PayPal.com (Verisign SSL) servers. The customer ID numbers are assigned to Web site visitors to verify the user's identity and for use as account numbers in our record system.

Security

This web site takes every precaution to protect our users’ information. When users submit sensitive information via the web site, your information is protected both online and offline. When our registration / order form asks users to enter sensitive information (such as a credit card number), that information is encrypted and is protected with the best encryption software in the industry -- SSL. No sensitive information is ever transmitted in plain text.

If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes on our Homepage so our users are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under circumstances, if any, we disclose it. Shipping Policy

Our standard shipping is UPS Ground within the 48 contiguous states. We offer Next Day Air, Second Day and Third Day UPS options at check out for an additional cost. We also ship to Canada via UPS Canada Standard. Please review the below shipping policy for Hawaii, Alaska. Standard shipping applies to the continental US only.

International orders may be limited to only certain countries and will be shipped by UPS International in most cases. In the event we do not offer shipping to your country we will notify you by email and cancel your order. Items shipped to Alaska or Hawaii will be shipped either by UPS or USPS Priority Mail. Smooth Run Equine, Inc. will email or phone if a request for the additional funds required for shipping and handling charges is needed for Alaska, Hawaii and International Canadian orders before shipping or processing your order.

Shipping and handling charges for our items are based upon shipping weight of each product and for delivery to your address zone as established by UPS and USPS Priority Mail. Orders received Monday through Friday before 12:00 pm PST, are processed and shipped the same day, excluding holidays. Please note the delivery options available when you place your order online.

Return Policy

Our business objective is to provide our clients with high quality products. If you are not satisfied with our product, simply return it to us within fifteen (15) days of receipt of the item for a refund of the purchase price (shipping, insurance and handling charges are not refundable}.

So that we can process your return request as quickly as possible and improve our products and services, we ask that you contact us via email, phone or fax at the address above to let us know why you are returning the item. We will provide you the return shipping address with the appropriate return merchandise authorization, which is required before shipping any merchandise back to us.

Please note we cannot be responsible for return shipping losses. Items must be returned in the same condition as they were sent, unless preauthorized. We can only process your request after the returned item is inspected to verify its condition. Damage goods due to client’s negligence will not be accepted. Some items we sell there may or may not have a 15% processing charge. When appropriate we will refund you the full cost of the item excluding the shipping, handling and insurance charges.

Returns are processed as quickly as possible, but may take several days to process once we have received the item. We will notify you by email or phone, of your refund once we have processed the returned merchandise. Refunds will be made in the same form as the original purchase.
